Staff

In order to provide our customers with the highest level of support, Ideal Integrations employs a staff of highly skilled and trained engineers in many different cutting-edge technologies. Ideal Integrations dedicated help desk specialists are our first tier of technology support. This division of our staff is in house and on-call, ready to take care of phone and email requests for support.

When necessary, support calls are elevated to our dedicated tier two and teir three level engineers. These upper level engineers design and complete projects, handle high end support, and assist our customers in planning for their technological futures.

Ideal Integrations also has personnel dedicated to our maintenance agreement customers. These staff members are directly responsible for completing maintenance routines and testing and securing our customers’ computer networks.

Our engineering staff hold many of today’s most important technology certifications and are continually updating current credentials and obtaining new ones. These certifications include:

• MCSE: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer – Ideal Integrations has numerous MCSE certified engineers on staff, with expertise in all Microsoft server and client side products. Our MSCE trained staff members specialize in the planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft based computer networks.
• MCSA: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator – MSCA staff members are specially trained in the management and maintenance of Microsoft based computer networks, and are important to our complete solution.
• MCDBA: Microsoft Certified Database Administrator – Database management is an important role for a complete network solutions provider. Microsoft’s SQL database software (and its versions therein) is one of the most popular in use today. Ideal Integrations MCDBAs are trained to deliver support of such databases to all customers.
• CCNA: Cisco Certified Network Associate – With several engineers holding CCNA certifications, Ideal Integrations has the knowledge and experience to implement and manage Cisco networking products.
• VCP: VMWare Certified Professional – VMWare is the leading software product in virtualization technology. Ideal Integrations not only is a partner with VMWare, but also has a number of trained VMWare professionals in house.
• CCA: Citrix Certified Administrator – Citrix Systems is the leader in application delivery, and Ideal Integrations is a leader in installation and management of Citrix implementations. With Citrix Certified Administrators in house, Ideal has the level of expertise necessary for successful Citrix deployments.
• CSSA: Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator – SonicWALL is a leader in computer network security devices. Ideal has a long standing partnership with SonicWALL and has certified security administrators on staff.
• A+ Certified Engineers – A long-standing certification, A+ confirms an engineer’s ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and networking. A+ certified engineers also are trained in such areas as security, safety and environmental issues and communication and professionalism.

In addition to the engineering staff, Ideal Integrations is made up of administrative support, financial, operational, and sales staffs. Each of these departments helps Ideal Integrations provide the best possible service to all of our valued customers.
