Michael Stratos, CEO and Engineer

Michael Stratos brings over 20 years of computer networking and security experience to the clients he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Integrations. Driven by his knowledge, experience and years of forensic analysis, Michael facilitates several corporate network seminars on infrastructure design incorporating disaster recovery, business continuity, security and data protection. A graduate of University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science, Michael is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, VMware Certified Professional Engineer (VI3) and Citrix Certified Administrator. Michael Stratos, Founder, President and CEO of Ideal Integrations, won the 2009 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.

Christopher Fox, Director of Technology

Christopher Fox, Director of Technology for Ideal Integrations, served clients in the IT industry for 13 years. In his prior experience, he worked as a systems engineer, network administrator and director of engineering. Christopher maintains the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), VMware Certified Professional, Versions 2-4 (VCP4), VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Datacenter Design (VCAP4-DCD) and VMware Certified Advanced Professional – Datacenter Administration (VCAP4-DCA).

Ryan Romano, Operations Manager and Infrastructure Design Engineer

Ryan Romano, Operations Manager and Infrastructure Design Engineer for Ideal Integrations, has worked in the IT industry for 10 years. He began at Ideal Integrations with Michael Stratos when the company was founded in 2003. Ryan’s technical expertise includes: server/network hardware architecture, virtual server infrastructure design, storage area network design, disaster recovery planning and implementation. He is certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP). Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.

Al Stasko, CFO

Al Stasko, CFO for Ideal Integrations, brings over 25 years of experience to the leadership team.  He began working for Ideal Integrations six years ago.  Al worked in previous leadership roles for several industries including: non-profit real estate, for-profit real estate, hospitality and property management.  He graduated from Robert Morris with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Carol Kirsch, Technical Support Manager

Carol Kirsh, Technical Support Manager at Ideal Integrations, progressed in her various roles since joining the team in 2006.  She now has over 15 years of experience.  Carol began as the Office Manager, and was then promoted to Service Desk Manager.  Now Carol manages the Service Desk Technical Support and Engineering team, maintaining our high customer service levels, fast response and resolution time and assisting with our 97% customer retention rate.  She encourages a positive team dynamic, creating a fun work environment where employee retention is high and coaching, research, development and growth is frequent.  Carol graduated from Robert Morris with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems.

Jason Lee, Sales Manager

Jason Lee, Sales Manager at Ideal Integrations, joined the team in 2004.  With 12 years of experience, he leads our sales and marketing team.  Jason graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelors of Science in Rhetoric Media and English Minor.

Kevin Kees, Architect/Engineer

Kevin Kees designed enterprise class data solutions for clients for 20 years. He works to elevate the intelligent infrastructure for the clients he serves and provide scalable and manageable solutions. Kevin primarily works in the public sector, professional services, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing industries. A graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with Bachelor of Science, he also is a Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Voice Professional, Cisco Certified Design Associate and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
